General Terms

All bookings require payment in advance to secure your event date.

Event dates are only confirmed once payment has been received.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable, but may be transferable with sufficient notice.

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, supplier variations, or lighting conditions.

Custom or personalised items are non-refundable once design work has commenced.

We reserve the right to make minor design adjustments to ensure the best overall appearance and quality of your display.
- We reserve the right to photograph our displays for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer your display not to be photographed or used in our marketing, please inform us at the time of booking.
Collection & Delivery

Collection or delivery times will be confirmed in advance. Please ensure someone is available to receive the items.

Once items are collected or delivered, responsibility for their care passes to the customer.

Balloons are sensitive to temperature and sunlight; exposure to heat, cold, or direct sunlight may cause deflation, fading, or popping.

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance; additional charges may apply for restricted access, congestion zones, or late-night setups.
Event Setup & Collection

If setting up at an event venue, please advise the earliest time we can begin setup and the latest time available for take down and collection.

Setup and collection times must be agreed in advance to ensure smooth delivery and removal of all items.

Any changes to agreed times may be subject to additional fees depending on staffing or venue restrictions.
Outdoor Displays

Outdoor installations are weather-dependent. We do not recommend setting up shimmer walls, balloon garlands, or signs outdoors during high winds, rain, or extreme temperatures.

Once installed outdoors, we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by weather conditions.
Hired Items

All hire items (e.g., shimmer walls, hoops, easels, and stands) remain the property of our business.

Items must be returned or collected in the same condition as received.

Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning will incur a replacement or repair fee.
Lead Times & Availability

Lead times are approximate and based on current capacity.

We aim to deliver your order promptly without compromising quality.

For short-notice bookings, please contact us directly — we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Changes & Amendments

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your booking. We will do our best to offer flexibility where possible.
